Let's face
it... You
want more muscle mass, and
you want it now! But it's so darn time consuming, and often it's
difficult to keep motivated enough to power through long, and
difficult workouts right?
One of the
first things I noticed about the 7
Minute Muscle program from Jon Benson is that everything is
geared toward a short, but extremely targeted workout session that does
NOT interfere with your normal routine!
This was key
for me, as I'm super busy, and super
tired of feeling as if my whole day revolves around my workout! It's
nice to know that even after a long day at work, you can hammer out a
muscle mass building workout in short order.
Now, let's get to the reasons behind my rating for this program. First
off, the information given in this program is definitely top grade.
He exposes
all the untruths about the muscle
building industries and the companies who prey on people feeding them
lies so they will buy their products... Gotta love the "tell it how it
is" style of 7 Minute Muscle.
I give the
program very high marks for content,
and for the effectiveness of the routine, as it really does show you
how to build pounds of muscle without having to go to the gym. I love
it. (As a bonus, you're also shown the proper way to live a healthy
lifestyle. You can't build muscle if you're sick all the
time!)
The reason I
ranked 7 Minute Muscle third on this
list (Considering
we compared over 20
systems, that's definitely not bad!)
is because while I
definitely can see the advantage of working out from home, a lot of my
workout partners really needed that extra "push" they got from being in
a fitness environment.
In other words, there's definitely a mental side of your workout that
needs to be addressed... Motivation, drive, consistancy... Of
course, if you don't have any problem getting pumped and excited about
your workout, then this shouldn't be a draw-back to you.

in the bucket
compared to what
you'd spend on a gym membership month in and month out! How badly do
you want to look good?
Like any
other workout routine, 7 Minute Muscle
isn't a "one size fits all" solution. No such thing exists! (If anyone tries to tell
you otherwise, you
know they're trying to get into your pocket!)
But from what I've
seen these past few weeks, it's certainly far above average,
and the advantage
of the short, but explosive workouts make this one of my all time faves!
